Process

The project began with conversations and collaboration between community members and representatives of the North Omaha Trail to identify themes that were meaningful to the neighborhood. Drawing from these discussions, a visual concept was developed that emphasized community, movement, nature, and clean air. The final design was executed using mixed-media techniques across an 80-foot surface, transforming the space into a vibrant public artwork that reflects both environmental awareness and neighborhood pride.
