URBANIQUE ECOLOGY

Description:

This series delves into the dynamic, ever-changing nature of urban spaces and the modern pilgrims who move through them in the course of daily life. As an artist, I'm endlessly fascinated by the complex relationship between people and the built environment — the ways each shapes and is shaped by the other.

The energy that permeates these spaces, the architecture that defines them, and the emotions they evoke all serve as sources of inspiration. Each piece is a study in what I call Urbanique — that particular pulse of urban life, caught somewhere in the in-between of things. It's a record of how the city moves us, even as we move through it.
